Partner terms (draft)

Commission: R500 for each new client you refer who orders and pays in full for a page. [Confirm: once-off per client, or per order.]
Tracking: when someone arrives through your link, we save your code in a cookie in their browser for 60 days. The cookie holds only your code, no personal details. If they order within that time, the order is credited to you.
When you are paid: commission is owed once the referred order is paid. We pay it by bank transfer [within 30 days of the end of the month after payment, and after the refund window for that order has closed]. [Confirm timing.]
No commission when: the order is refunded or cancelled, you refer yourself or your own business, or the order was already ours before your referral. [Confirm.]
Do not send us lists of people's contact details. Introduce people yourself or share your link. Never give us other people's phone numbers or emails without their clear permission.
Be honest: no spam, no false claims about Landfast, and no misleading adverts using our name. We can end your partnership if this happens. [Confirm.]
Tax: you are responsible for any tax on what you earn. [Confirm: invoice or tax details required for payouts.]
Changes: we may change or end the programme. Commission already owed for paid orders stays payable. [Confirm.]
